History
Tony Valentine Construction Inc. is a third generation builder. Tony’s grandfather, Homer C. Valentine, began the tradition when he founded his firm, H.C. Valentine. H. C. transitioned to H. C. Valentine and Son when Tony’s father, Lynn, joined the company. Subsequently Tony entered the business and, upon his father’s retirement in 1984, established Tony Valentine Construction. In the intervening years we have built over 200 custom homes and estates in Orange County that reflect our uncompromising level of performance, innovative creativity, timely execution and commitment to excellence. We specialize in both new construction and remodels. The majority of these projects have been in Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Newport Coast and Laguna Beach.
Collaboration
TVC has had the pleasure of collaborating with many prominent architects, including Brion Jeannette Architecture and Laidlaw Schultz, and is honored to have the opportunity to translate their vision, and that of our clients, into architecturally significant, aesthetic, structurally incomparable, technologically advanced, user-friendly and, above all, livable, comfortable homes. Our long-time relationships and level of experience working with these architects, and our understanding of their designs and expectations, are clearly advantageous, allowing us to evolve within this synergistic atmosphere as we continue to develop and refine our techniques with each project. Our focus is on local, coastal-oriented construction that incorporates the environmental considerations of each project and is consistent with our dedication to ecologically favorable and sustainable building practices. We establish life-long relationships with our clients, stand firmly behind our product and pledge to service and maintain each home into perpetuity.
